A: Don't do anything. Don't even turn the computer on. Call me.

Q: Can my data be recovered?
A: In most cases, yes it can be recovered.

Q: But I emptied my Recycle Bin
A: That's ok.

Q: What if you are unable to recover my data?
A: If I am unable to recover your data then there is no charge to you.

Q: I'm not sure what I have or what happened to my files!
A: That's ok too. Call me and we'll figure it out.

Q: Do you need my whole computer?
A: In most cases no. All that is needed is the hard drive, which can be mailed to our location.
